As previously posted, Spring Clean-Up Week was scheduled for May 5-11, 2025 for Portageville citizens. The City of Portageville was allowed five 30-yard dumpsters at the Street Shed for Spring Clean-Up and five 30-yard dumpsters for Fall Clean-Up. We are currently on dumpster 3 of 5. Once all five dumpsters have been utilized, Clean-Up Week will end and the dumpsters will not return for clean-up items until fall.

The monthly meeting of the Portageville Board of Aldermen, originally scheduled for tonight (May 5, 2025), has been postponed due to not having a quorum. It has been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2025, with Building Commission beginning at 5:45 p.m. followed by the regular meeting at 6:00 p.m.
